  • Herd health performance or animal welfare outcomes

  • Financial, production, or compliance results

Exclusion of Liability (Animal Health & Vet Decisions)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DairySmart expressly excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Mastitis outcomes or disease progression

  • Antibiotic selection, use, withholding periods, or compliance

  • Herd health management decisions

  • Veterinary treatment decisions

  • Reliance on diagnostics, test results, or system outputs

This applies whether claims arise in contract, negligence, statute, misrepresentation, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, production, animals, or data
